The user of the Kamen Rider Kamantis zecter.

Cruel, sadistic and independent, Kuromiya is only working for the forces of good by technicality. He joined ZECT with the intention of getting away with murder, delighting in his new power and freedom to crush Worms under his heel. The Kamantis zecter values bloodthirst and Kuromiya lives up to the expectation, taking any opportunity to let out his desire for violence on his enemies. He doesn't just restrict his malice to Worms; anybody he doesn't like (which is most people) becomes the focus of his ire, which can range from petty malice to calculated attempts at their life.

In his private life, Kuromiya lives alone in a small apartment. He eats poorly, drinks alcohol and smokes regularly, only taking care of his appearance by way of fashion. He prefers to be alone and is quick to anger if someone prevents him from doing what he wants. His fuse is short and when he's angry, he becomes explosive and impossible to reason with - but also easier to defeat, as his rage gets in the way of his thinking.

Despite Kuromiya's hatred of worms, he ended up in a relationship with one. The reserved and empathetic Thorn saved his life after a fight. They both want to change the other: Thorn wants to show to themself that humans can be good, and Kuromiya wants to prove to himself that all Worms are beasts that only deserve to be killed. This conflict erupts into passion, but it is sure to only cause tragedy.
